Gov. Perry Declares August 6th a Day of Prayer
Saturday will be my first all day, water only fast in a long time. Not even coffee? Am I getting any support here?
“‘Even now,’ declares the LORD, ‘return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning. Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.’” (See Joel 2:12-13.)
When I do Health presentations, I talk about the “tripod” of Health, Physical, Mental and Spiritual. My area of expertise is clearly the physical body. Here is a beautiful example where the Will (Mental), controls the Body (Physical) and gives power to the Spiritual.
Our country has never been in greater need of Spiritual revival and I truly believe that all things proceed according to God’s plan.
