DRUGS, all your questions answered?

I get questions about drugs a lot, especially recently. So I decided to answer a couple of the popular ones here.
My opinions on drugs are not popular. There should be no drug laws at all, period. No prescription, legend, recreational, OTC. There are just drugs and the choice should be yours.
Of course, I recommend responsible choices with the help of the expert of your choice. Having said that, I told my children that Marijuana is a great drug if you like being stupid. You will not be thinking clearly or processing intellectual information well at all. Obviously, this is not important for a lot of people. The “Medical” Marijuana movement entertains me no end. It’s an end move for PotHeads. That’s football term for going around the power center. It cures virtually nothing, except maybe boredom. If you smoke it and feel better, that’s a good thing. I deal with patients with chronic pain all the time, and I firmly believe that anything they can do to increase their ability to enjoy their life is worthwhile. So try it and decide for yourself.
